Brenda J. Cawley Talley

EMIGSVILLE- Brenda J. (Beaverson) Cawley Talley, 60, of Manchester Township, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at York Hospital. She was the wife of William M. Talley. The couple celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary on October 28, 2014. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion. Visitations will be held Monday from 7:30-9:30 p.m. and Tuesday, from 9-10 a.m. at the funeral home. The family requests that attendees dress casually for the viewing and the service. The Reverend Robert S. Edmundson will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Winterstown. Mrs. Talley was born in York on January 2, 1955, the daughter of Betty (Graham) Beaverson Kinard Murphy of Red Lion and the late Elwood A. Beaverson. She worked for Perform Group, LLC in York. She was a graduate of York Vo-Tech and Yorktowne Business Institute. Mrs. Talley leaves a son, Steven G. Cawley, Jr. and his wife Lauren of Philadelphia; two sisters, Trudy Eaton of Red Lion and Linda J. Gordon (Roger) of Windsor; three step children, Billy Talley, Bobby Talley, and Betsy Desjardins (Tom), all of Maine, along with three generations of nieces and nephews. She also leaves, step brothers and step sisters, Henry Kinard of Red Lion, and Maryann Kornbau (Richard) of Windsor, Mary Bull of Brogue, Gary Eaton (Ruth) of Wrightsville, John Eaton (Janet) of Windsor, Donald Eaton (Nancy) of Red Lion, Donaleen Robinson (Cantor) of Stewartstown, Stephen Murphy of Mount Wolf, Rodney Murphy (Kay Clinton) of Brogue, Donald Murphy, Jr. of Red Lion, Rick Murphy of York, Chris Murphy (Kim) of Pottstown. She was preceded in death by two step fathers, Charles Kinard and Donald Murphy; a step mother, Maryellen Beaverson; and two brothers-in-law, Dale Eaton and John Hoffmaster.
