Boyd E. Fulton

RED LION-Soul Winner, Boyd Eugene Fulton, 88, met our Lord and Saviour on Saturday, March 25, 2017 peacefully at Hospice and Community Care in Mt. Joy, surrounded by his loved ones. He was the husband of the late Norma Jean (Strong) Fulton and the late Pauline (Fake) Bisker Fulton. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Red Lion Bible Church, 105 Springvale Rd. in Red Lion, with a visitation from 2-3 p.m. Full military honors will be provided by York County Veterans Honor Guard at the start of the service. His pastor, The Reverend Steven Schmuck will be officiating at the service. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Fulton was born in Manchester on January 24, 1929, the son of the late Harry and Edna (Updegraff) Fulton. He retired from Ronal Tool Company in York, where he was a tool and die maker. During his retirement he drove bus for both the Red Lion School District and Red Lion Christian School. Mr. Fulton leaves four daughters, Kori Fulton of York, Janelle Fulton of Wayne, PA, Bonita Jean Black and her husband Donald of Statesville, NC, and Sharon Fuller and her husband Fred of Lakewood, CO; a son, Edward Fulton of Red Lion; two step sons, James Bisker and his wife Glenda of Red Lion and Charles Bisker of Windsor; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a sister, Norma Barton and her husband John of Stewartstown. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Long, a great granddaughter, Olivia Kelley, and a sister, Ruth Luckenbaugh.
