DALLASTOWN- Bobby John Rambo, 24, went to be with his Lord, Saturday, May 23, 2009. A Celebration of life service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Life Tributes by Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., Red Lion, with close friends Mike Troop and Jack Graham officiating. A visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, and 1-2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Suburban Memorial Gardens. Bobby was born August 21, 1984, in Baltimore, MD, a son of Bobby L. and Veronica E. (Bruitt) Rambo. He was a 2003 graduate of Dallastown High School and furthered his education earning an Associate's Degree from York Technical Institute. After college he worked for SWF Industrial as Head of Maintenance for over two years. Bobby was a huge Baltimore Ravens fan, and would often be seen riding his motorcycle. He loved playing the guitar player, writing his own songs, and singing for friends and family. He was a dedicated uncle to his nephew, Mr. Thomas. Bobby had a smile that would light up the room, and an energy that would draw people to him. He was a true and honest friend. He would give all he had to those he loved, was friendly, dependable, trusting, and always made time for everyone. He was just becoming active in CMA, and loved participating in church home groups. He loved his God and his family. In addition to his parents, Bobby is survived by a brother Jason E. Rambo; a sister Briana Kocher and husband, Brian; a nephew, Thomas Lee Kocher; two aunts, Kimberly Sepulvado, and Lindy Granger and husband, Bernard; many cousins; and girlfriend, Hillary Trovinger. He was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Cody. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 3607 Rosemont Ave., Camp Hill, PA 17011.
