YORK – Blake Chillas Keiser, 26, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born June 16, 1994 in York a son of Keri L. (Whitsel) Herman and husband Marty of Dallastown and James G. Keiser, II and wife Nicole of York; he was a 2012 graduate of Red Lion Area High School. Blake had worked at WCJ Pilgrim Wire and BWAY Corp. He enjoyed playing guitar and being a musician. Along with his brother, he had a passion for freestyle rapping going by the name “Rhymenocerous”. Whenever he could Blake loved riding Harleys with his dad and stepmom. In addition to his parents, Blake is survived by a sister, Paige E. Keiser of York and her boyfriend Sherby Hector; a brother, Burl J. Keiser of Dallastown and his girlfriend René Harris; a stepsister, Brooke C. Englehart of Harrisburg and her boyfriend Jordan Meck; a stepbrother, Jared C. and wife Geena Englehart of Dallastown and their daughter, Lucille; maternal grandparents, Burl and Jolene Whitsel of Brogue; paternal grandparents, Tonya and Nick Foutz of Macon, GA; two aunts, Coye and Lori Spoon of Dallastown and Letha Parthree of Hellam; three uncles, Bryan Keiser of Brogue, Brent Keiser of Red Lion and Brandon Bailey of York; and Blake's girlfriend, Emily Horn. A public viewing will be held from 5-8:00 PM Monday, March 1, 2021 at Freedom Biker Church, 2550 Pine Grove Road, York. A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held privately. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements.
