RED LION- Blaine R. “Skeeter” Warner, 66, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at his residence. He was the husband of Theresa D. (Baliko) Warner and the late Beth H. (Stein) Warner. The couple celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary on May 3, 2017. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on October 17, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 9:30-11 am. The Reverend Brian Kannel will be officiating at the service. Mr. Warner was born in York on February 2, 1951, the son of the late Blaine R. and Rita M. (Staub) Warner. He retired from Coca Cola where he was a salesman. He managed and tended bar at various establishments in York County, including Veteran’s Political Association “Ada’s”, Liberty Club, and Murph’s Study Hall. He also owned and operated the Upside Down Store in York Haven. Mr. Warner was a 1969 graduate of Dallastown High School, where he was an all star football player and a member of Student Council. In earlier years he coached at the YMCA. He always enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s sporting events. He leaves three daughters, Nicole G. Moore and her husband, James of York, Kara E. Robinson of Stewartstown, and Jess L. Robinson of Elizabethtown; a son, Jeremy Pasciak of Jacobus; two grandchildren, Thomas J. Moore of York and Justyn P. Moore of York; three brothers, Barry Staub and his wife Barb, Brandt Warner and his wife Madeline, and Brad Warner and his wife Karen; two sisters, Deborah Taylor and her husband Bill and Tally Young and her husband Jim; and his mother-in-law, Gerry Baliko. He was preceded in death by a long time companion of his mother Bill Picarelli.
