Beverly Ann Cardasso

ETTERS - Beverly A. (Boucher) Cardasso, 84, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024 at UPMC Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert E. Cardasso to whom she was married for 46 years before his passing in 2007.

A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, August 2, 2024 at Yocumtown Church of God, 160 Red Mill Road, Etters, PA 17319. Pastor Stefanie DiFrancesco is officiating the service. Viewings will be from 6-8:00 PM on Thursday and 9-10:00 AM on Friday at the church. Burial will be in Tri-County Memorial Gardens in Lewisberry. Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 W. Front Street in Lewisberry is in charge of the arrangements.

Born December 24, 1939 in Milford, MA, she was the daughter of the late Francis A. and Ruth I. (Wood) Boucher. For most of her working life, Beverly was a housewife. However, in her younger days, she volunteered to run EMS. In her free time, she was a member of Yocumtown Church of God where she often volunteered, Newberry Fire Company, Lewisberry Fire Co. and Goldsboro Fire Company, York County Fire Police, and PA Fire Police Association. She also enjoyed baking, babysitting her grandchildren who knew her as “Gram” and great-grandchildren who recognized her as “GG”. She was an avid baker and enjoyed sewing and camping.

Surviving are her four children, Lynne Blessing of Etters, Gary Cardasso and his significant other Kristal of Manchester, Brian S. Cardasso and his wife Darlene of Etters, and Lisa J. Davis and her husband Steve “Jake”, Jr. of Etters; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roland Boucher and his wife Kathy and Dennis Boucher and his wife Charlene, both of Mendon, MA; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a former sister-in-law, Janet Boucher.
