YORK – Beulah E. (Beltman) Hall, 94, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Asbury Solomons Retirement Home. She was the wife of the late Harry J. Hall. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Manchester Union Cemetery, 51 Maple Street, Manchester, PA 17345. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Born September 6, 1920 in Chancellor, South Dakota; a daughter of the late John H. and Bertha (Muller) Beltman, she was a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio. Prior to having children, Mrs. Hall was an airline stewardess for Capital Airlines and later worked for Air Canada. She was a member of the former Otterbein United Methodist Church in Dover and was proud to have earned her private pilot’s license as a young adult. Mrs. Hall is survived by two sons, David J. Hall of Centreville, VA and Daniel J. and wife Hillary Hall of Laytonsville, MD; two daughters, Barbara S. and husband Matthew Protos of Boonsboro, MD and Kathleen M. and husband David Schrader of Huntingtown, MD; and four grandchildren, Marc and Julie Schrader and Austin and Erica Hall. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marvel Cavanaugh and Ilah Hansen.
