Betty Mae Hoffman POTTSVILLE-Betty Mae Hoffman 89, formerly of Cape May, New Jersey, died Saturday at Manor Care Health Services, Pottsville, where she was a resident for the past two years. Betty Mae was born in Pottsville July 30, 1927, the daughter of the late James F., and Gertrude Simsom Hess. She attended Pottsville Schools. Betty Mae worked in the textile industry for several companies. Betty Mae is preceded in death by her parents and her husband William H. Hoffman. Surviving are nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life interment service will be conducted at the convenience at the Cape May Veteran's Cemetery, Cape May, N.J.
