Betty A. (Reynolds Culver Wolfe

POTTS GROVE - Betty A. (Reynolds) Culver Wolfe, 86, died on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at her residence. She was the wife of Harold H. Wolfe for 14 years. Betty was born on September 10, 1922 in Delaware Twp. and was a daughter of the late Harry and Edith (Mohr) Reynolds. She had owned and operated Culvers Garage in New Columbia and had worked at Myco Manufacturing in Montgomery and New Quaker in Lewisburg. She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, Potts Grove. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and baking. Betty is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Leroy A. and Marcia Culver and Richard W. "Bill" and Audrey Culver, all of New Columbia, two daughters and sons-in-law; Elaine E. and Ralph Goodwin of New Columbia and Hilda M. "Annie" and Stephen Kolb of Montoursville, nineteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren and two step granddaughters; Kathy Harris and her husband Rick and Patti Murray and her husband Wayne, all of Potts Grove. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her first husband; Harry R. Culver in 1991, one son; Harry A. Culver and five sisters and two brothers. There will be a public viewing from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton where the funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Pastor Cheryl L. Berner will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
