Beth A. Phillips

DALLASTOWN—Beth A. (Kinard) Phillips, 75, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Inners Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was the wife of John F. Phillips to whom she was married for 44 years.

A Celebration of Life Tribute will be private at the convenience of the family. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements.

Born August 26, 1947 in York, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Fran (Schindler) Kinard.

She was employed as a waitress and bartender at various establishments throughout York County, including the Paddock where she worked for several years. For the last 10 years of her working career, she ran a small business out of her residence making and selling hand-made clay sculptures.

An avid gardener, she also loved animals and was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary—Red Lion.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Phillips is also survived by her son, William E. Patterson of Windsor; one grandson, Rider Haga of Windsor; her dog, Honey Bear and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Barry Kinard.
