Bertha M. Shaw

RED LION—Bertha Mae Shaw, 82, passed away Thursday February 25, 2021 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will 11AM, Monday March 1, 2021 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Dr. Eddie D.D. Miller. A viewing will be held from 10-11AM, Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Shenberger’s Chapel Cemetery. All current Covid-19 guidelines and capacity restrictions will be followed. Born November 16, 1938 in Windsor, she was a daughter of the late Elwood S. and Anna R. (Harrison) Shaw. Ms. Shaw is survived by her sisters, Mary F. Coeyman of Dallastown, Sara E. Shaw of Red Lion, Ruth A. Kurtz of Windsor, Janet R. Shaw of Red Lion and Susan J. Sterner of Red Lion. She was preceded in death by a brother, Samuel A. Shaw; sister, Margaret E. Shaw and half-sister, Gloria A. Kilby. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, 3544 N. Progress Ave, Unit 103, Harrisburg, Pa 17110.
