Bernard J. Ganzermiller

WINDSOR - Bernard J. Ganzermiller, formerly of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at WellSpan York Hospital. He was the loving husband of Margaret Mary (Ritter) Ganzermiller and the couple shared 64 wonderful years of marriage. 

Viewings for Mr. Ganzermiller will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. Funeral Service will be private, and a Graveside service will be held 1:30 PM on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 4430 Belair Road, Baltimore, Maryland, 21206.

Born July 11, 1941 in Baltimore, Maryland, Bernard was a son of the late Adam and Marie (Ewig) Ganzermiller. Mr. Ganzermiller worked as a Master Electrician for GM and worked there for 28 years. Bernard was a proud husband, father and grandfather. 

In addition to his beloved wife, Mr. Ganzermiller leaves behind four children, Donna Ganzermiller, Michael Ganzermiller and his wife, Laurie, Steven Ganzermiller, and Richard Ganzermiller and his wife Josie; six grandchildren, Melissa Ganzermiller, Ryan Ganzermiller, Corey Ganzermiller, Cameron Hardy, Aidan Ganzermiller, and Emma Ganzermiller; a brother, Adam Ganzermiller and his wife Linda; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Ganzermiller is preceded in death by a son, Robert Ganzermiller.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Society or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
