Barry D. Stayrook

SHREWSBURY – Barry D. Stayrook, 56, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A viewing will be held from 1-2:00 PM Thursday at the Funeral Home. Private burial will be in Heiland View Cemetery. Born May 18, 1965 in Johnstown, Cambria Co.; a son of Grace A. (Thomas) Stayrook of Red Lion and the late David M. Stayrook, he was a 1984 graduate of Red Lion Area High School. Barry worked at Walmart in Shrewsbury for the past 23 years. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing and completing word search puzzles. In addition to his mother, Mr. Stayrook is survived by his twin brother, Larry G. Stayrook of Shrewsbury; brother, Dwight M.
