Arthur J. Troutman

Dover—Arthur J. Troutman, 85, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Manor Care Health Services-Dallastown. He was the husband of Arlene K. (Zellers) Troutman, the couple celebrated 66 years of marriage on September 4th, 2009. A celebration of life service will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc, 1551 Kenneth Rd, York, is in charge of arrangements. Born January 14, 1925 in Jackson Township, he was a son of the late John J. and Edna (Moyer) Troutman. In addition to his wife, Mr. Troutman is also survived by a daughter, Donna M. Kile of Dover, a son, James J. Troutman of Philadelphia, one grandson, Kevin D. Kile of Dover, a brother, Curtis Troutman of Annville and several nieces and nephews.
