Arthur E. 'Gene' Fogelman

FRACKVILLE - Arthur E. “Gene” Fogelman, 69, of Frackville, formerly of Williamsport, died Saturday, June 06, 2015 at Schuylkill Medical Center, South, Pottsville. He was born on June 18, 1945 in Williamsport and was the son of the late Fredrick D. and Thelma (Blakely) Fogelman. Gene served his country in the United States Navy. He attended the Williamsport High School. Gene worked as a truck driver for Fogelman Trucking of Milton and was a member of the New Hope Wesleyan Church, Frackville. Gene really enjoyed participating in all the activities and functions of his church. Gene is survived by one daughter; Brenda A. Winters of Shenandoah, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one brother and sister-in-law; Fredrick D. and Veronica Fogelman, Jr. of York and one sister; Susan M. Breen of Williamsport. In addition to his parents, Gene was preceded in death by one brother; David Fogelman. A public viewing will be held 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira Street, Williamsport followed by the funeral at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Barry Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Montoursville Cemetery.
