MILTON - Arlene G. (Prussia) Sollenberger, 71, died on Monday, December 20, 2010 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Arlene was born on September 3, 1939 in Crawford County and was the daughter of the late Claude and Hazel (Foster) Prussia. She was a graduate of Conneaut High School and a 1960 graduate of Hamot Hospital School of Nursing. She was married to Edgar R. Ed Sollenberger for 48 years and who survives. Arlene had worked as a registered nurse at the University of PA Hospital, Hahnemann Hospital and Evangelical Community Hospital. She was a member of the Community Mennonite Fellowship, Milton, Garden Club and Quilting Clubs of Milton and White Glove at Packwood House, Lewisburg. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening and being with people. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; David R. and Mickie Sollenberger of Merchantville, NJ and Jon P. and Carol Sollenberger of Springfield, PA, two grandchildren; Emily R. and Dylan J. Sollenberger of Springfield, PA, two brothers and sisters-in-law; Stanley and Mollie Prussia of the Philippines and Harold and Mary Prussia of Newport News, VA and one sister and brother-in-law; Vivian and Bill Hedley of Conneaut, OH. There will be a public viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2010 and from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at the Community Mennonite Fellowship, 2985 Broadway Road, Milton with the funeral service being held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. Arrangements are being handled by The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton.
