Anthony Jack Bartlett

WELLSBURG- Infant Anthony Jack Bartlett was born and passed away on Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY. Anthony is survived by his parents Rebecca A. Bartlett and Daniel P. Mazzarese of Chemung, NY, his brothers: Justen Baggerly, Paul Bartlett, and Lucas Bartlett, his maternal grandparents: Donna (Lewis) Daugherty of Gillett, PA and Randy Bartlett of Lowman, NY, paternal grandparents: Jill Coyle and Dan Lake of Lockwood, NY, and Pete Mazzarese of Chemung, NY, his maternal great grandmother Mary Bartlett of Lowman, NY, his paternal great grandparents: Marlene and Dave Coyle of Chemung, NY, and Carol Mazzarese of Chemung, NY, along with several aunts and uncles, great aunts and uncles, and cousins. Anthony was preceded in death by two great grandfathers. Services will be private and at the convenience of Anthony’s family. The Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY has been entrusted with the arrangements.
