Annie L. Cutler

YORK – Annie L. (Brenneman) Cutler, 93, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Normandie Ridge. She was the wife of the late John Cutler, Jr. A viewing will be held from 6-8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Private burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born August 10, 1927 in York, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Elsie (Raver) Brenneman, she was a lifelong seamstress who had worked at South Pine Nightwear and retired from Danskin, Inc. Never one to sit idle, Annie continued working in retirement at White Dove Laundromat. Mrs. Cutler grew up as a hard-working farmgirl and continued her love of gardening throughout her life. She will forever be remembered for her great cooking and exceptional sewing ability. Annie was always keen to find a good yard sale or auction and took great pride in taking care of her family and friends. Mrs. Cutler is survived by two daughters, Anna M. Jones of Seven Valleys and Betty Wagner of Thomasville; two sons, George and wife Brenda Cutler of York and Kenneth Cutler of Thomasville; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a brother, Ray Brenneman of Spring Grove.
