Anne M. Brennan

Anne M. Brennan, 93, of Pottsville, passed away Friday at Schuylkill Center Nursing Home. Born in Pottsville, February 7, 1920, she was the daughter of the late William N. and Agnes Landers Brennan. Anne retired after 60 years of retail sales from the Bon-Ton Department Store in Frackville and was previously employed by the former Pomeroy’s Department Store in Pottsville. She was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers; William Brennan and Vincent Brennan. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patricks Church, Fourth and Mahantongo Streets, Pottsville. Calling hours will be from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Friday morning at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, 515 W. Market St., Pottsville. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Hillside, Pottsville.
