Lancaster—Annabel C. (Gladfelter) Kloker, 92, died Monday, September 16, 2013 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Walter D. “Don” Kloker. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 AM, Friday, September 20, 2013 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York with the Rev. Richard B. Starr officiating. A viewing will be held from 9-10 AM, Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Born August 23, 1921 in North York, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Crumling) Gladfelter. She was employed with L.G. Potato Company for 22 years as a line packer until her retirement in 1986. An avid WWE wrestling fan, she enjoyed gardening, traveling and was a part of the Good Sam’s Travel Club. Mrs. Kloker is survived by one son, Gary W. Flickinger and wife, Cheryl of Lancaster; one daughter, Judith M. Peterson and husband, George Chamberlain of Hot Springs Village, AK; two grandchildren, Tammy L. Arnst of Lancaster and Cindy S. Fitz of New Cumberland; four great grandchildren; one brother, John Gladfelter of York; three sisters, Margaret Shirley, Norka Daugherty and husband, Bud and Janice Albright all of York and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Dale Gladfelter. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Drive, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.
