Anna J. Kovelesky POTTSVILLE-Anna J. Kovelesky, 87, resident of Schuylkill Center, Pottsville, passed away Sunday morning at the Center. Born in Minersville, on January 1,1921, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Lucy Shemansky. She attended Cass Township Schools. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Pottsville. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kovelesky, who died in 1942; her son, Francis Kovelesky, who died in 1993; her four sisters, Sarah Wensky, Frances Pleva, Helen Polinsky and Ella Morasky; her four brothers, John, Alex, Anthony and Joseph Shemansky. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and Great nieces and Great nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday morning at 10:00 A.M. in St. Patrick's Church, Pottsville. Friends may call on Friday morning from 9:00 A.M. until time of Mass at the Church. Interment will be held in St. Stanislaus #2 Cemetery, Branch Twp.
