YORK - Ann E. (Korf) Millwater, 93, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the Senior Commons at Powder Mill. Ann was the loving wife of the late Harry W. Millwater, who passed on July 10. 2019. The couple had been wed for 71 years. A viewing will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday March 5, 2021 at the Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2935 Kingston Rd., York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be at Mt. Rose Cemetery. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, attendees are asked to follow the current CDC guidelines. Born in Brooklyn, NY on January 30, 1928, Ann was the daughter of the late Maurice Korf and Margaret Mary Brown. She was a member at the St. Joseph Catholic Church and belonged to The Women of the Moose Club. For 20 years, Ann was very active in water exercise at Country Meadows. Mrs. Millwater worked in the fine jewelry department at J C Penny’s for 18 years until her retirement in 1990. Mrs. Millwater is survived by her daughter, Barbara Millwater Vaughn and her husband, Glenn of Hilton Head Island, SC; son, Stephen J. Millwater and his wife, Lorena of North York; daughter, Ann Elizabeth Lanier and her husband, Randell of York; son John Edward Millwater of Red Lion and his former wife, Kathy Janene Millwater of York; granddaughter, Amanda Ann Price and her husband, Kyle; grandson, Thomas W. Millwater and his wife, Cara; great-granddaughter Scarlett Elizabeth Price; nieces Jane Jinings, Alicia Herbst and her husband, Richard; and grand-nephews, Brian Jinings and James Herbst. She was preceded in death by two brothers; Edward Modarelli and his wife, Patricia, Frank Modarelli and his wife, Ursula; sister-in-law Margaret Gretschel and her husband, Francis.
