YORK - Angel A. Menga, 65, died Monday, February 2, 2015 at Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Diana L. (Mundhenk) Menga. The couple celebrated their 25th anniversary on December 2, 2014. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Good News Free Will Baptist Church, 530 Locust Grove Rd. in York, with a visitation from 2-3 p.m. His pastor, The Reverend Allen Hall will be officiating at the service. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Menga was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on December 2, 1949, the son of the late Pedro and Rosa (Jatib) Menga. He was a retired painter. Angel was a member of Good News Free Will Baptist Church in York. He was an avid soccer fan and enjoyed playing the goalie position. Along with his wife, Diana, Mr. Menga leaves two sons, Marcelo Menga and Jason Cooke both of Red Lion; three daughters, Karina Menga of Argentina, Staci Hollander and Leanne Slawnyk both of Philadelphia; and ten grandchildren, Frankie, Katie, Kennidi, Jason, Johnny, Hannah, Sisi, Jesse, James, and Jenna. Memorial contributions may be made to Good News Free Will Baptist Church, 530 Locust Grove Rd., York, PA 17402.
