Brogue—Alice M. (Olphin) Douglas, 88, died Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Dallastown Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late D. Walter Keeports and Harold E. Douglas. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 AM, Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with her pastor, the Rev. Joshua T. Beben officiating. A viewing will be held from 9-10 AM, Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Bethel United Methodist Cemetery. Born August 22, 1925 in Chanceford Township, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Blanch (Olewiler) Olphin. She was employed with Borg-Warner as a brazier for several years until her retirement in 1997. A 70 year member of Bethel United Methodist Church, she also enjoyed sewing, crocheting and loved traveling. Mrs. Douglas is survived by two daughters, Doris L. Robinson and husband, Gerald of Brogue and Joan A. Keeports of New Bridgeville; four grandchildren, Michael Robinson and wife, Tracie, Mark Robinson and wife, Selina, Thomas Robinson and wife, Dianna and Timothy Robinson and wife, Jamee; six great grandchildren, Nicole Robinson, Bryar Robinson and wife, Tiffany and Tyler, Bradley, Russell and Cole Robinson and one great-great granddaughter, Abigail Robinson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church, 1647 Furnace Church Rd, Brogue, PA 17309.
