Alice M. (Arnold) Redifer

YORK- Alice M. (Arnold) Redifer, 88, died on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Normandie Ridge. She was the wife of the late Thomas E. Redifer and the late Melvin Flaharty.

A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with Pastor Johnny Edman officiating. A viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Guinston Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Born on March 7, 1935 in Windsor, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Florence E. (Haugh) Arnold. Alice was a caregiver for others at their own home over the years.

Mrs. Redifer is survived by two daughters, Kathy L. Decker and her husband, Clair of York and Tina Y. Dunlap and her husband, Bill of York; three sons, Rodney L. Flaharty and his wife, Deb of Felton, Thomas E. Redifer, Jr. and his wife, Jackie of Jacobus and Mark A. Redifer and his wife, Jeaneen of Felton; step daughter, Lisa Lake and her husband, Scott of Delaware; step son, Tim Redifer of Windsor; 18 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren; and sister, Evelyn Neff of Red Lion. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ella Bailey and Marcelene Keener.
