POTTSVILLE - Alice E. DiCello, 79, of Pottsville, died Thursday evening at the Schuylkill Center, Pottsville. Born in Pottsville on September 16, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Caroline (Harris) Miller. She was a graduate of Pottsville High School. On December 2, 1950, she married Anthony A. DiCello, who died January 24, 1961. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Pottsville. A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by: two sons, Anthony and his wife Barbara DiCello, Deer Lake, and Robert and his wife Barbara, Pottsville; a daughter, Karen A. DiCello, Pottsville; six grandchildren, Christian A. Kimmel, Anthony A. DiCello III, Byron DiCello, Kathryn C. DiCello, Robert J. DiCello, Jr., and Jill Dominick; five great grandchildren, Coral Felix, Myah Kimmel, Nicco Kimmel, Jaelyn Carter, and Anthony DiCello IV; a brother, Robert J. Miller, Minersville; a sister, Frances Wagner, El Paso, TX; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister Lillian Miller. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 10 AM from the Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, Inc. 6th & W. Market St., Pottsville. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening from 6-8 PM and Tuesday from 9 AM until time of service. Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. The Reverend James Rinehart will officiate. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either: the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 101 N.
