Albert R. "Goat" Pickering, Jr.

RENOVO - Albert R. "Goat" Pickering, Jr. ,61, died Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was born in Renovo on February 07, 1955 and was the son of the late Albert R. and Hellen (Heaps) Pickering, Sr. Albert was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching his favorite teams on TV. He also played baseball in his younger years. Albert is survived by one daughter; Jessica Pickering of Mifflinburg and two grandchildren; Kayden and Maleiah McCollum and two cousins; Bob and Dick Pickering. In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by one sister; Elizabeth Robinson. All services for Albert will be held privately at the convenience to the family. Arrangements are being handled by Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, PA 17751.
