Alan N. Nowicki

RED LION – Alan N. Nowicki, 74, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022 at his home. He was the loving husband of Linda T. (Ellerbrock) Sulc. Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. in Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born March 26, 2022 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Felix and Ruth (Demers) Nowicki. After attending high school, Mr. Nowicki joined the Air Force. After his time of service, Mr. Nowicki returned and soon began working as a police officer in Nutley, New Jersey. While being a police officer, Mr. Nowicki attended William Patterson University where he graduated with a bachelors in criminal justice. Mr. Nowicki retired from the police force with 31 years of service. In his free time, Mr. Nowicki enjoyed deer hunting, riding motorcycles, cooking, and traveling north to Maine. Mr. Nowicki will always be remembered for his legendary story telling abilities, and how he was always generous and thoughtful. Mr. Nowicki leaves behind his wife, Linda T. (Ellerbrock) Sulc; two daughters, Melissa Nowicki, and Karen Cerra; one grandchild, Mia Cerra; and Step Daughter, Tracy Sulc.
