Aiden Lee Matthews

YORK -Aiden Lee Matthews, 3 months, was chosen to be one of God's little angels on September 27, 2009. He was the loving son of Colby Lee Matthews and Miranda Lee Iberl. A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 2, 2009 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. A viewing will be held from 12-2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Aiden was born May 28, 2009, a perfect healthy baby boy, at York Hospital. He was a very happy little boy whose smile would light up any room and fill everyone's hearts with love and delight. Aiden enjoyed listening and watching music channels and the Wiggles and would often vocalize his cheerfulness to those surrounding him. In addition to his parents, Aiden is survived by grandparents, Julie Myers, Michael Iberl and Tammy Fogle; great grandparents, Julia Fitz, John Dacheux, I, and George and Sheryl Iberl; aunts and uncles, Tyler Iberl, Mikey Iberl, Dustin Matthews, and Oli Olafsson; Melicent Matthews and Kayla Myers; great aunts and uncles, Steve and Lisa Albright; great-great aunts, Faye Mussleman, and Pauline Knipple; cousins Avianna Matthews, Jai Lea Caballero, and Moses Autry, Jr. He was preceded in death by a great grandfather Donald Fitz. Although Aiden was only with us for a short time, he gave his family a world of memories to cherish. He was the love of his family's life and will always remain in their hearts as the tiny angel who brought them joy and happiness.
