Agnes V. Blair

TROY PA - Agnes V. Blair, Age 85 of W. Burlington, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Robert Packer Hospital. Agnes was born September 15, 1926 in Troy daughter of the late Harry & Laverna (Lafoon) Blair. She was a graduate of Troy High School. Agnes was a naturalist and enjoyed farming having a deep interest in agriculture. Survivors include three nieces, Nancy & Earl Teribury of Troy, Susan Borek of Columbia Cross Roads, Faye Blair of Houston, TX, two nephews, James Blair and Leslie Blair both of Loudon, TN. Agnes was predeceased by her parents, a brother H. Lorton Blair, sisters, Julia Blair and Katherine Prentice, sister-in-law, Hilda Blair, brother-in-law, Leon Prentice and a nephew Michael Borek. It was Agnes’s wishes that services be private. She will be laid to rest on her family plot in Glenwood Cemetery, Troy, PA. Arrangements are under the direction of the Vickery Funeral Home, Inc. 110 West Main Street, Troy, PA.
