Ada L. Hawkins

LEWISBERRY- Ada L. (Koelling) Hawkins, 93, died on Friday, January 17, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Camp Hill. She was the wife of the late Richard Hawkins. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, 305 W. Front St., Lewisberry with her pastor, the Reverend Timothy L. Hoffman officiating. Mrs. Hawkins was born on December 13, 1920 in Abilene, Kansas. Ada was a secretary for E. C. Ernst. Mrs. Hawkins was a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lewisberry. She was also a member of the Red Land Senior Center. Mrs. Hawkins is survived by two sons, Steve Hawkins and his wife, Dixie of Millsboro, DE and George Hawkins and his wife, Betty of Lewisberry; one daughter, Lynda Mansberger and her husband, Harry of Lewisberry; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
