A. Marie (Myers) Rohrbaugh

YORK- A. Marie (Myers) Rohrbaugh, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 18, 2011 at Normandie Ridge with her family by her side. She was the loving wife of the late Alton E. Rohrbaugh, who passed away on November 1, 2005. The couple had been married for 59 years. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Faith United Church of Christ, 509 Pacific Ave., York with Pastor Ron Oelrich officiating. Visitations will be 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York and 1-2 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was born on October 6, 1924 in N. Codorus Twp., a daughter of the late Ralph E. and Florence L. (Warner) Myers. She was a graduate of Codorus Township High School. A. Marie was a devoted and dedicated housewife. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was a member of Faith United Church of Christ. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was an avid bowler. She enjoyed singing in the church choir, traveling and spending time with her family. Her kindness and generosity touched many people. Mrs. Rohrbaugh is survived by a sister, Treva Bollinger of Spring Grove; and numerous nieces and nephews who cherish very special memories of spending time with her. She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Myers; and a sister, Kathryn Cooper. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith U.C.C. Memorial Fund, 509 Pacific Ave., York, PA 17404.
