ETTERS- Robert Dean Shull, 50, of Newberry Township, died suddenly of a heart condition on Thursday, June, 14, 2012 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 355 Church Road in Etters. The Reverend Joyce M. Treas will be officiating at the service. Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 West Front Street in Lewisberry is in charge of the arrangements. Robert was born in Harrisburg on September 13, 1961, son of Julia J. Shull of Etters and the late Walton E. Shull. He had worked as a Statistician and had worked for Merck and Geisinger Medical System. Robert was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. He was a 1979 graduate of Red Land High School; received a Bachelor of Science from Juniata College; received his Masters degree from University of Oklahoma; and his double Doctorate in Statistics and Industrial Psychology from The University of Oklahoma. Along with his mother, Robert leaves two brothers, John K. Shull of Mechanicsburg and Randy L. Shull of Craley; a sister, Susan J. Pyles of Etters, and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 355 Church Rd., Etters, PA 17319.
