YORK TOWNSHIP- Paul W. Rothermel, 62 of Dallastown, passed away on Wednesday June 6, 2007 at his residence. He was the husband of Faune C. (Colvin) Rothermel. The couple celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary on April 4th. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 205 W. Main Street in Dallastown. Visitations will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion and 9-10 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Dallastown Union Cemetery. Mr. Rothermel was born in Ephrata on November 26, 1944, a son of the late Charles C. and Mabel I. (Brown) Rothermel. He retired June 1, 2004 from G.A. & F.C. Wagman Construction after 34 years as a Truck Driver and was a member of the local Steelworkers Union. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Dallastown, Hawk's Gunning club and Orbisonia Deer Club. Mr. Rothermel leaves two daughters: Nancy K. Robinson of York and her husband David, Sue C. Newman of Columbia, SC and her husband Ben, three grandchildren: Evan and Ashley Robinson, and Karis Newman, and a sister, Mary Ann Smith Rodgers of Lewisberry.
