Mildred R. (Brenner) Myers

YORK- Mildred R. (Brenner) Myers, 93, died on Monday, December 28, 2009 at York Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Richard L. Myers, Sr. The couple had been married for 53 years. Services for Mrs. Myers will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Myers was born on April 24, 1916 in Foustown, PA, a daughter of the late Curvin D. and Ella K. (Bentzel) Brenner. She worked for 15 years in the cafeteria at the former Shiloh Elementary School, now known as the Charles Wallace Elementary School. Mrs. Myers is survived by one son, Richard L. Myers, Jr. and his wife, Julie of Shiloh; two daughters, Virginia L. Botterbusch and her husband, Robert of Fort Pierce, FL and Donna L. Baker and her husband Raymond of Shiloh; eight grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and other nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was a sister, Edna Stapelkamp.
