Mark A. Mosolino

POTTSVILLE- Mark A. Mosolino, 77, of Pottsville, passed away on Friday at Community Medical Center, Scranton. Born in Pottsville on August 19, 1932, he was a son of the late Anthony and Gertrude Parton Mososlino. Mark was a 1950 graduate of Mercersburg Academy and a Graduate of Syracuse University. He was a decorated Army veteran, having served during the Korean War. He owned and operated Fuel & Tank Cleaning Services, Susquehanna, PA. Mark was of the Catholic faith. Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Anne McGrory Mosolino, who passed away in 1995; his two sisters, Mary Mosolino and Gloria Mosolino. He is survived by his daughter, Anne Mittmann, wife of Frank, of Montrose, PA; his five sons, Anthony, of Susquehanna, PA, Mark, husband of Jennifer, of Pound Ridge, NY, Joseph, of Oak Harbor, WA, Philip, husband of Michele, of Carbondale, PA and Michael, husband of Julie, of Southampton, NY; his fianc窠Lois Mengel, of Pottsville; his 11 grandchildren; his brother Anthony Breslin, of Pittsburgh, PA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, December 28, 2009 at St. Patrick's Church, 4th & Mahantongo Streets, Pottsville. There will be no calling hours before the Mass. Interment will be held in Charles Baber Cemetery, Pottsville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hillside SPCA, Hillside Road, Pottsville, PA 17901.
