PORT CHARLOTTE, FL- Lenore Hogan, age 80 of RD2 Columbia Crossroads, PA died Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the Peace River Regional Hospital in Port Charlotte, Fl. Lenore was born Nov 21 1928 in Dumont NJ, the daughter of the Late Leonard and Luella Kubie. She attended Dumont High School. Lenore served many years as a Eucharistic minister with the St Ann's Church in Bentley Creek. Her favorite pastime was tending her lawn and gardens and raising her family. She was an avid pinochle player and was a longtime member of TOPS. Lenore was the loving wife of the Late John Francis Hogan, and mother of 5 children. John (Cynthia) Hogan, of Fairview, NC; Kenneth (Ardith) Hogan of Payson, AZ; Mark (Beth) Hogan of Alexandria, VA; Patricia (John) Webert of Punta Gorda, FL; and Kathleen (Abram) Cleason of Palmyra, NY. Lenore was the proud Grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Family and friends may come to call from 2:00-4:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2009 at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY. The funeral Mass to honor Lenore's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 17th at St. Ann's Catholic Church, on the Berwick Turnpike in Bentley Creek, PA with Rev. Fr. Weislaw Ziebacz officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of Lenore's family in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery.
